Overview

The role involves working as an AI Project Manager at NiCE, supporting customer-facing software and AI-enabled delivery projects. This position provides an opportunity for growth in project management within an AI-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of software and AI-enabled projects under the guidance of senior project managers.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and delivery documentation.
• Track project progress, risks, and dependencies, escalating as necessary.
• Prepare and contribute to customer and internal status communications.
• Coordinate meetings, action items, and follow-ups across cross-functional teams.
• Support adherence to delivery processes, PMO standards, and best practices.
• Adapt to changing project priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements

• Up to 4 years of experience supporting customer-facing software or SaaS projects.
• Foundational understanding of AI, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience in AI, technical, or SaaS environments preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, or Salesforce.
• PMP, AI, or similar certification is a plus.
• Exposure to software delivery involving conversational AI or AI-enabled platforms is preferred.
• Ability to follow and document AI-related requirements and risks.
