Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Communication Planning: Develop communication plans aligned with international programme objectives and organisational strategy.
• Advisory and Stakeholder Engagement: Provide practical communication guidance to colleagues and partners.
• Content Development and Coordination: Create and manage content across digital and offline platforms.
• Channel and Media Management: Identify appropriate communication channels to maximise reach and impact.
• Monitoring and Evaluation: Track communication performance and refine strategies based on insights.

Requirements

• Relevant educational background with HBO-level thinking and working experience.
• At least five years of experience in a communications advisory role.
• Strong skills in advocacy, corporate communication, or journalism.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Current residency and legal eligibility to work in the Netherlands.
• Experience with digital tools such as Photoshop and Canva.
