The Trevor Noah Foundation, in partnership with the Regional Leadership Center East Africa at Kenyatta University, has opened applications for the third cohort of the Education Changemakers Program (ECM). This initiative targets emerging education leaders across East and Central Africa to strengthen leadership capacity, innovation, and improve education systems.
The program is open to young leaders (ages 18–35) actively working in education across the eligible countries:
Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to improving education outcomes, be fluent in English, and commit to full participation in both phases of the program.
The program provides structured training, mentorship, and access to small grants for school-based initiatives to support real-world solutions in communities.
