• Are affiliated with one of the 65 European Universities Alliances.
• Are based in European Union Member States.

Organizers have also emphasized that participant selection will strive to ensure gender balance and broad geographical representation across participating countries.

To maximize institutional impact and diversity, only one participant per institution will be selected for the programme.
