The Catalyst Award from Rachel’s Network supports mid-career women of color environmental leaders through financial grants, leadership development, and public recognition.

Eligibility

This award is for women of color (including non-binary and gender-expansive individuals) at the midpoint of their careers with significant environmental leadership experience. Applicants must be U.S. residents, including those in U.S. territories.

Benefits

• A personal grant ($15,000) for leadership development and personal goals.
• An organizational grant ($10,000, if applicable) to support affiliated nonprofits or initiatives.
• Wraparound leadership services including mentoring, networking, and cohort engagement.
• Public recognition to elevate visibility and influence.
• Participation in cohort programming (webinars, retreats, community events).
