Talent Lab, an indigenous capacity development and talent management firm, is now accepting applications for its 2026 Capacity Development, Training, and Upskilling Program, CAPTRA. This program is designed to equip young professionals and outstanding graduates with the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to become future-ready members of the workforce.

About CAPTRA

CAPTRA is a three-month capacity development program that combines comprehensive training modules, mentorship, and practical skill-building exercises. Each cohort is limited to 30 participants, ensuring personalized guidance and a transformative learning experience. The program focuses on essential professional skills, fostering innovation, and promoting lifelong learning to prepare participants for the challenges of dynamic industries.

Duration: Three months (Two months of training classes and one month of on-the-job training)

Dates: 3rd June to 31st August 2026

Location: Talent Lab Ltd., 29 Ahmad Gambo Selah Crescent, off Amey Adadevoh Street, Jahi, Abuja, Nigeria

Eligibility Criteria

• Participants must be between the ages of 18 and 30
• Participants must hold a degree certificate with at least a second-class upper division
• Participants must be able to provide their academic transcript upon request
• Participants must demonstrate tenacity and willingness to learn and complete tasks assigned by facilitators
• The program requires a commitment of 20 to 25 hours per week
