Associate Sales Representative @UiPath

Overview

UiPath is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to join its team. In this role, the representative will collaborate with an Emerging Account Executive to retain and expand the customer base within an assigned territory, utilizing AI and cross-functional partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate within assigned current-customer territory.
• Mitigate renewal risk and churn in every account, every quarter.
• Earn expanded responsibilities through performance.
• Execute UiPath Sales Process end-to-end and drive deals.
• Find, run, and close on AI, Test Suite, Agentic, Subsidiaries, SAP.
• Co-sell with vertical specialists and marketing on plays.
• Build and deliver proposals and business cases.
• Engage CSM, SE, and Partners for deal support and velocity.

Requirements

• 1+ years of Account Management and/or Account Executive experience.
• Curious about AI and emerging technology and can explain complex concepts clearly.
• Strong account planning discipline with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
• Confidence in navigating complex customer organizations and building relationships across functions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and self-starter mentality.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
