Associate Solution Consultant @Five9

Overview

Five9 is a leading provider of cloud contact center software, focused on enhancing customer experience through innovation and teamwork. The Associate Solution Consultant role entails supporting sales and operations teams by creating demonstrations of the Five9 platform to a variety of audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales and operations teams as a technical advisor for the Five9 contact center.
• Help prospects and partners understand the capabilities of the Five9 platform.
• Communicate the value of cloud technology in solving business problems through engaging demonstrations of the product suite.
• Assist with delivering proof of concept (POCs) and trials, collaborating with sales engineering and product management.
• Prepare specification documents for the Professional Services team.
• Create training content for partners and new team members on best practices for application deployment.
• Communicate customer needs and product feedback to various departments including Product Management and Sales.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.

Location

Fully remote for candidates residing outside a 30-mile radius of an office. Candidates within the radius may work in a hybrid arrangement, requiring in-office work three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
