Overview

The Tony Elumelu Foundation (TEF), Africa’s leading philanthropy dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs, is currently recruiting for multiple strategic roles in Lagos, Nigeria: Brand Officer, Research Manager, and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute TEF’s brand strategy across communication channels (Brand Officer)
• Develop long-term research agendas and conduct high-quality research (Research Manager)
• Develop and implement M&E frameworks across 54 countries (M&E Officer)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, or related field (Brand Officer)
• Minimum of 5 years' experience for Brand Officer and M&E Officer; Minimum of 10 years' for Research Manager
• Strong storytelling and branding expertise (Brand Officer)
• Master’s degree (PhD preferred) for Research Manager
• Strong data analysis skills and experience with tools such as Excel, SPSS for M&E Officer
