    Overview

    NetHope is seeking a qualified consultant or agency to lead a comprehensive brand refresh and visual identity project, aligning with its 2024–2030 Strategic Plan to strengthen the organization’s visibility and global impact.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct a comprehensive brand audit
    • Analyse peer organizations and sector positioning
    • Facilitate internal working sessions and stakeholder interviews
    • Deliver a discovery report with strategic recommendations
    • Develop messaging architecture for key audiences and core messaging assets
    • Present at least three visual identity concepts and develop a complete visual identity system
    • Apply branding to core templates and provide assets in multiple formats
    • Deliver a brand onboarding session for staff
    • Develop a brand governance guide

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in end-to-end brand strategy and design
    • Strong portfolio of work with global nonprofits or humanitarian organizations
    • Experience with membership-based or network organizations
    • Understanding of multi-stakeholder environments
    • Familiarity with technology for social good (preferred)

    Consultant must show the ability to lead collaborative, co-creation processes across diverse global teams.
