    Overview

    The Brokers Sales Executive is responsible for managing client relationships and nurturing leads through the sales funnel. This role involves both B2B and B2C interactions utilizing multiple outreach methods.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Acquire and retain brokers and clients through offline marketing and referral methods.
    • Follow up on all leads referred by brokers to ensure successful closure.
    • Handle client inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
    • Resolve client issues by identifying problems, implementing solutions, and ensuring satisfaction.
    • Cross-market company products to existing and potential clients as needed.
    • Track and report client feedback, status updates, and transaction progress to management.
    • Maintain strong communication with Head Brokers Admin for portal updates.
    • Any other tasks assigned by the line manager.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
    • Previous experience in a similar sales or broker management role.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

    Benefits

    • Salary: ₦120,000 – ₦170,000
