Overview

UiPath is seeking a Director of Business Development to own the strategy and execution of pipeline generation across the Americas. The role requires strong leadership in managing the BDR team and collaborating with various departments to improve operations continuously.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the BDR team's lead management and optimize lead assignment.
• Monitor BDR KPIs including meetings booked and pipeline metrics.
• Coordinate pre- and post-event support for major field events.
• Build internal relationships to advocate for necessary resources.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM accurately and incorporate automation into workflows.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading a BDR/SDR team across multiple AMER markets.
• Track record of driving pipeline generation and achieving targets.
• Experience with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Exceptional communication skills and emotional intelligence.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office tools.
