The Business Development Representative for the North American Mid-Market team will play a vital role in the company’s global expansion by helping organizations enhance their training strategies through innovative AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage key stakeholders within the Ideal Customer Profile to target organizations that will benefit from Docebo.
- Create compelling messaging that captures interest in the future of learning.
- Connect with potential clients through outbound calling, nurturing relationships to convert introductions into opportunities.
- Provide a positive first impression for inbound prospects, guiding them on how Docebo can support their teams.
- Manage time effectively, focusing on activities that drive performance and contribute to growth.
- Concentrate on pipeline generation to support business objectives while advancing personal career growth.
Requirements
- Self-motivated with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to qualify prospects and control business discussions.
- Positive attitude and creative problem-solving abilities to establish credibility with prospects.
- 1+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Call Center environments, or Demand Generation.
- Experience in a customer-facing role (Retail, Hospitality, etc.) is beneficial.
- Previous experience with Mid-Market BDR or Sales cycles is a plus.

Location
Remote, with a hybrid model requiring in-office presence three days a week (Tuesday-Thursday) in Toronto, Ontario.
