Business Development Representative (Portuguese/English Fluent) @UiPath

Overview

This role is dedicated to supporting customers and prospects across the Latin American markets and requires professional fluency in both Portuguese and English. The Business Development Representative will create new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers while outbound prospecting with Enterprise Sales Executives.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified meetings for Field Reps through cold calls, emails, and strategic campaigns.
• Prospect, engage, and build relationships with customers across Latin American markets.
• Identify clients' needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
• Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and the Account Executive.
• Report sales results to the BDR Manager on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services and pricing models.
• Look for ways to incorporate automation into daily work.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, Finance, or a related field.
• 6–12+ months of experience in a sales role (internship experience included).
• Professional fluency in both Portuguese and English (written and spoken) is required.
• Experience communicating with customers or prospects in Latin American markets is preferred.
• Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
• Automation-first mindset.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Exposure to or experience with Salesforce is a plus.
