    Overview

    The Business Partnership Facility (BPF) 2026 is open for proposals, inviting companies to submit projects that combine international business expansion with contributions to sustainable development. The program offers co-financing of up to EUR 300,000 for partnerships in developing countries.

    Eligibility

    Proposals must be submitted by a partnership including:

    • A lead partner: A private sector company legally registered in Luxembourg or another EU country for at least three years, employing at least five people, and with a minimum annual turnover of EUR 500,000 over the previous three years.
    • A local partner: An organisation based in a developing country eligible for Official Development Assistance (private or public entities, civil society, universities, or research centers).

    Restricted sectors include weapons, gambling, tobacco, alcohol, pornography, extractive industries, or non-renewable energies.

    Benefits

    Co-financing of up to EUR 300,000 for high-impact partnerships.
