The programme is intended for professionals involved in cooling, refrigeration, cold-chain systems, development programming, and related sectors. Suitable applicants include professionals working in:

Vaccine and health cold-chain systems
Agrifood value chains
Post-harvest management
Refrigeration and HVAC technical services
Cold-chain logistics and infrastructure
Development and humanitarian projects
Programme implementation and policy development
