Overview

The International Parliamentary Scholarship (IPS) is a prestigious programme offered by the German Bundestag for young graduates from around the world to gain hands-on experience in parliamentary democracy.

Eligibility

Citizenship of a participating country
Age under 30 at the start of the programme
Completed university degree (Bachelor’s or higher)
Strong interest in politics and social issues
Demonstrated social or political engagement
Proficiency in German at minimum B2 level
