Overview

The RwandAir RISE (RwandAir Inspiring Success & Excellence) Graduate Development Programme is a 24-month fast-track initiative for recent graduates and young professionals to develop the next generation of aviation leaders. It offers structured learning across key business units to build a sustainable talent pipeline for RwandAir and Rwanda’s national transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Gain practical experience working alongside industry experts.
Contribute to aviation solutions.
Develop technical, operational, and leadership skills.
Participate in rotational assignments across multiple departments (Human Resources, Information Technology, Finance, Operations, Engineering, Commercial).
Engage in solution-driven projects addressing real business challenges.

Requirements

Rwandan nationality.
Bachelor’s degree with First-Class Honours in Business Administration, Aviation Management, Engineering, or other aviation-related fields; OR Master’s degree with Second Class, Upper Division Honours in aviation-related fields.
Up to two years of relevant work experience.
Strong English proficiency (IELTS Academic minimum 6.5, TOEFL iBT minimum 85).
Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving skills, and growth mindset.
Passion for aviation and willingness to relocate or travel as required.
