Overview

This consultancy offers an opportunity to design a peer-based mentorship methodology for the adidas Foundation’s global United by Sport (UbS) Community of Practice.

Eligibility

Proven experience in designing mentorship, peer-learning, or community-of-practice models.
Strong understanding of participatory methodologies and non-hierarchical learning systems.
Familiarity with social impact programming, sport-for-development, or civil society networks (desirable).
Ability to translate complex frameworks into simple, usable tools and guidance materials.
Experience working with diverse international stakeholders and cross-cultural groups.
Strong writing and facilitation skills in English.
