This consultancy offers experienced gender and migration experts the opportunity to contribute to policy development and institutional strengthening in South Africa's Making Migration Safe for Women programme.

Key Responsibilities

Develop training materials and conduct in-person workshops.
Provide gender and capacity needs assessment to government.
Deliver tailored training for officials at national and provincial levels.
Offer ongoing advisory support for gender-responsive service delivery.

Requirements

Master’s degree in gender studies, migration, public policy, social sciences, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience.
Proven experience in training design and facilitation.
Fluency in English.
