Overview

This part-time, remote role as a Grants Finance Lead supports Regenerosity’s global grassroots funding programs, offering flexible engagement of up to 1.5 days per week (10–15 hours).

Key Responsibilities

Grant Management: Review grant agreements, track budgets, prepare financial reports, monitor financial variances, and coordinate grant close-out processes.
Regranting and Partner Support: Review grantee budgets, support fund disbursement, provide financial guidance, and maintain audit-ready records.
Budgeting and Financial Strategy: Assist in multi-year budget development, track funding gaps, and manage co-funding allocations.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in grants finance or nonprofit financial management.
Experience in the NGO or nonprofit sector.
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel.
Ability to manage multiple donor funding streams and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
