Overview

Talent Lab is accepting applications for its 2026 Capacity Development, Training, and Upskilling Program, CAPTRA, designed to equip young professionals and outstanding graduates with essential skills for the future workforce.

Eligibility

Must be between the ages of 18 and 30
Must hold a degree certificate with at least a second-class upper division
Must be able to provide an academic transcript upon request
Must demonstrate tenacity and willingness to learn
Requires a commitment of 20 to 25 hours per week
