    Eligibility

    The fellowship welcomes applications from:

    • Reporters
    • Editors
    • Freelance journalists

    Applicants should have an interest in covering the intersection of climate change and the global economy. Prior training in economics is not required.

    Benefits

    NYU Stern fully funds the fellowship program, providing:

    • $2,000 stipend for journalists residing outside the New York Metro Area to cover travel and accommodation.
    • $1,000 stipend for journalists residing within the New York Metro Area.
    • All program costs covered, including meals and event participation.
