Key Responsibilities

Sales Management: Execute the branch’s commercial sales strategy, maintain strong product knowledge, and drive customer acquisition.
Risk Management: Identify acceptable lending risks, conduct collateral analysis, and ensure compliance with internal policies.
Financial Management: Analyze financial statements, evaluate loan applications, and support the preparation of credit proposals.
Customer Service: Maintain high service standards, provide tailored financial solutions, and manage customer portfolios.

Requirements

Minimum of a first degree in any discipline.
3 to 10 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing.
Professional certification such as CIBN is desirable.
Strong communication skills, leadership ability, and commitment to customer service.
Digital proficiency and problem-solving skills.
