Overview

Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a Senior Consulting Architect to join their Global Capability Center, focusing on the strategic design and implementation of Elastic solutions with an emphasis on Search AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Elastic solutions and expertise to drive business value for customers.
• Facilitate strategy, roadmap, design, and sizing in workshops with clients.
• Manage project tasks, objectives, requirements gathering, and timelines.
• Work collaboratively across teams with engineering, product management, and support.
• Engage with the Elastic Sales team to scope opportunities and assess technical risks.
• Mentor team members and contribute to their professional growth.
• Develop proof-of-concepts that showcase the value of the Elastic Stack.

Requirements

• Elastic Certification: Active Elastic Observability Engineer certification is mandatory.
• A minimum of 7 years as a Consulting Architect or senior IT functional leadership experience.
• Proven experience in deploying solutions using Elastic core domain: Enterprise Observability.
• Hands-on experience with public/private cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience in programming/scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, or Go.
• Exceptional communication and customer advocacy skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites periodically (up to 20%).
