Consulting Architect - Search @Elastic

Overview

The company is seeking an exceptional Consulting Architect to join their Global Capability Center, focusing on the strategic design and implementation of the Elastic Stack with an emphasis on Search AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Elastic solutions and expertise to drive customer business value.
• Facilitate strategy, roadmap, design, and sizing workshops with clients.
• Handle end-to-end delivery of Elastic projects, including proof-of-concepts.
• Drive objectives, requirements gathering, timelines, and project statuses to ensure optimal delivery.
• Work across teams to identify feature improvements and engage with the Elastic Sales team to scope opportunities.
• Mentor team members while sharing knowledge to accelerate skills.

Requirements

• Active Elastic Certified Engineer certification is mandatory.
• Minimum of 7+ years in a Consulting Architect or similar role.
• Strong consulting history in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience in deploying Enterprise Search solutions.
• Ability to solve complex technical search problems.
• Experience with GenAI, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and vector embeddings.
• Hands-on experience with major public/private cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge in Linux, networking, security, containerization, and automation.
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites (up to 20%).
• BS or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
