Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Elastic solutions and expertise to enhance customer business value.
• Facilitate strategy, design, and sizing workshops with clients.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of Elastic projects, including proof-of-concepts.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and support teams to improve features and address product defects.
• Engage with the sales team to evaluate opportunities and assess technical risks.
• Mentor team members while continuously improving personal skills.

Requirements

• Active Elastic Certified Engineer certification.
• Minimum of 7 years in a consulting architect or senior IT leadership role.
• Experience in complex enterprise environments and delivering professional services engagements.
• Proven expertise in deploying Elastic core domain solutions: Enterprise Security/SIEM/SOAR.
• Hands-on experience with Elastic Security solutions or similar tools like Splunk or IBM QRadar.
• Deep understanding of distributed architecture, cloud, and infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency in Linux, networking, security, containerization, and automation.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites periodically (up to 20%).
