Breet is seeking a highly creative, proactive, and data-driven Content Creator / Social Media Manager to effectively communicate the brand’s value and drive measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute engaging, high-quality content strategies for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter.
- Create and maintain structured content calendars aligned with business and growth objectives.
- Produce compelling short-form videos and storytelling content that builds trust and drives engagement.
- Actively manage community interactions by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on content performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with the Growth and Product teams to align content with ongoing campaigns and product updates.
- Continuously generate innovative ideas and creative concepts for brand positioning.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or in a similar role.
- Strong ability to create engaging video content.
- Solid understanding of Nigerian digital trends and consumer behavior.
- Proven ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, relatable content.
- Track record of growing social media pages and increasing engagement.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Strong time management skills to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Access to a functional smartphone capable of producing quality content.
