Content Marketing Manager @Float

Overview

Float is on a mission to simplify finance for Canadian businesses through an innovative platform that optimizes financial operations. The company is currently looking for a Content Marketing Manager to enhance its brand presence across Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce multi-format content, including video, social, written, and email assets, focusing on Canadian finance teams.
• Build and grow Float's presence on organic channels such as YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit, and the company blog.
• Oversee the content calendar and ensure it drives acquisition and conversion.
• Manage end-to-end video production, from strategy to shooting and editing.
• Document AI workflows for research, scripting, editing, and repurposing content.
• Test new formats and collaborate with designers on the visual system based on results.

Requirements

• Around 5 years of experience in content marketing, video production, or social content, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Proven experience in building a video-first social presence, with a focus on YouTube.
• Ability to shoot and edit social-first video independently.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with experience in refining AI-generated content.
• A demonstrated ability to repurpose content effectively across multiple channels.
• Practical AI fluency in workflows, with examples of improving speed and quality.
• Experience in the Canadian market; fintech or finance-adjacent experience is a plus.
• Must be based in Toronto for regular in-person video creation.
