Overview

This fellowship offers outstanding early-career researchers the opportunity to develop innovative research addressing urgent sustainability challenges with collaboration from external partner organizations.

Eligibility

• Must hold a Ph.D. relevant to the proposed research.
• Receive their doctoral degree no earlier than May 1, 2025.
• Complete their Ph.D. before the fellowship start date.
• Establish residency in Ithaca, New York for the duration of the fellowship.
• Secure both one PI-eligible Cornell faculty mentor and one eligible external partner organization.
• Current Cornell postdoctoral researchers and Cornell Ph.D. graduates are not eligible.

Benefits

• Annual salary of US$65,000
