Overview

This program offers a fully sponsored leadership opportunity for 40 outstanding young African women leaders from across the continent and the African Diaspora to participate in the 8th Intergenerational Retreat in Libreville, Gabon, in December 2026.

Eligibility

• Aged between 18 and 45 years.
• An African woman residing on the continent or in the African Diaspora.
• Demonstrates measurable or recognized impact in their community.
• Actively involved in one or more of AWLN’s six thematic pillars.
• Shows commitment to leadership, collaboration, and community development.
