Customer Activation Manager @Float

Overview

Float is seeking a Customer Activation Manager (CAM) to oversee the crucial phase of the customer journey, transforming newly signed accounts into fully activated, revenue-generating customers. This role, part of the Sales organization, combines commercial impact with operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Activate Customers and Unlock Revenue: Manage a portfolio of activations, achieving 80%+ onboarded spend penetration with timely implementation within 120 days.
• Accelerate Time-to-Value: Deliver structured activations that drive early ROI and reinforce value realization.
• Own Commercial Outcomes: Guide customers toward behaviors that maximize revenue and product impact.
• Execute with Precision and Pace: Manage multiple activations simultaneously, maintaining alignment across Sales, Product, and Risk.
• Solve with Ownership: Anticipate and remove blockers to keep momentum and customer confidence.
• Build for Scale: Continuously improve the activation playbook and processes for high-impact activations.

Requirements

• 3–5 years in implementation, onboarding, customer success, or solutions within SaaS or fintech.
• Proven experience driving commercial or consumption-based activation metrics.
• Strong technical aptitude with integrations, payment workflows, and APIs.
• Demonstrated ability to connect product adoption to measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Comfortable in fast-changing, high-growth environments.
• Fluency in both French and English is a plus.
• Experience in finance or payments is also a nice-to-have.

Location
