Overview
UiPath is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join their Public Sector team, focusing on automation, AI, and transformation initiatives for federal customers. This role involves managing the post-sale customer journey and ensuring successful adoption and value realization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the post-sale adoption strategy for assigned federal accounts, including customer adoption and enablement roadmap.
- Drive measurable value realization, helping customers define mission outcomes and connect UiPath usage to operational impact.
- Lead regular customer governance, including status updates and Executive Business Reviews.
- Build visibility into delivery milestones, risks, upcoming activities, and dependencies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customer executives and program leaders.
- Orchestrate end-to-end adoption delivery across internal and external teams.
- Partner with technical teams on platform health, roadmap, and maturity reviews.
- Support customers in identifying automation and AI opportunities through discovery sessions.
- Act as the voice of the customer within UiPath.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep adoption plans on track.
- Share best practices to help customers operate and scale their UiPath programs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of federal experience with demonstrated passion for federal mission work.
- Proven track record in customer-facing consultative roles.
- Ability to manage post-sale customer relationships and drive adoption.
- Strong program orchestration skills.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Proactive, delivery-minded approach to problem-solving.
- Adaptability to UiPath's evolving customer success model.
- Preferred:
- Experience deploying UiPath automations in a federal environment.
- Familiarity with UiPath products and RPA program operations.
- Experience with federal system integrators or consulting partners.
- Experience supporting executive business reviews and value scorecards.
- Located in the DMV area (DC, Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania).
