Overview
Braze is a leading customer engagement platform that empowers brands to deliver exceptional customer experiences. The role of Customer Success Manager II involves working closely with technology-focused brands to ensure they realize value from their investment in Braze.
Key Responsibilities
- Own client renewals, retention, and net retention targets for customers.
- Act as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for customers.
- Partner with Account Executives to enhance customer experience and ensure commercial alignment.
- Drive feature adoption by collaborating with customers on their Success Plans and providing strategic guidance.
- Build strong customer relationships to drive customer advocacy.
- Analyze product usage to identify opportunities and risks related to account health.
- Maintain ongoing contact with customers through communications, check-ins, events, and Business Reviews.
- Solicit and synthesize customer feedback for product development.
- Provide education on product usage to maximize value and identify upsell opportunities.
- Coordinate with various Braze teams to ensure customer support is seamless.
- Facilitate transitions from onboarding to ongoing activity.
- May involve international travel to meet customers onsite.
Requirements
- Passionate about customer success with a proven track record in customer success roles.
- Excellent communication skills with strong follow-up capabilities.
- Experience with medium and large technology companies.
- Ability to manage complex accounts or projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong time management skills.
- Domain knowledge in SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, Direct Marketing, Marketing Analytics, or Programming.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in areas like Onboarding, Customer Success, Implementations, or Project Management.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
