    Overview

    The Customer Success department at Forter plays a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving renewals and expansions. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be instrumental in helping clients realize the full value of Forter's cutting-edge technology, build strong relationships, and contribute to strategic decision-making.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Enable client stakeholders on Forter’s portal and technology, including ongoing training and enablement.
    • Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews to communicate Forter’s performance and value to client executives.
    • Gather and procure client advocacy, such as reference calls and case studies.
    • Identify upsell opportunities in collaboration with the Sales team.
    • Manage retention and oversee the renewal process for expiring client contracts.
    • Share insights about Forter’s product and processes with internal teams to guide the company roadmap.
    • Direct technical inquiries to the Support team and assist as necessary.
    • Maintain accurate data within internal systems regarding the book of business.

    Requirements

    • 3-4 years of client-facing Account Management or Customer Success experience.
    • Experience leading business reviews with client executives.
    • Ability to communicate client objectives to internal leadership.
    • Experience collaborating with Product, R&D, or operations teams to meet client needs.
    • Experience enabling and training clients in using the company's product.
    • Familiarity with SaaS startups, specifically in payments, fraud, or finance is advantageous.
    • Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex issues.
