Overview
Recharge is a subscription platform for innovative brands, known for its product innovation and ease of use. The company supports over 20,000 merchants globally and is on a mission to enhance customer retention in eCommerce.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage a book of 50–70 growth-stage merchants, driving retention through proactive risk management and customer advocacy.
- Understand each merchant’s business goals and success metrics to guide the adoption of Recharge features.
- Lead regular business reviews and align merchant goals with measurable outcomes.
- Partner with Sales to support renewals, expansions, and upsell initiatives.
- Use data to prioritize work, identify risks, and uncover growth opportunities.
- Act as a trusted guide through support and product-related issues.
- Champion company values: Accountability, Collaboration, Iteration, and Details.
Requirements
- Ability to work at least 3 days/week in the Toronto office.
- Experience managing customer accounts with a focus on retention and adoption in a SaaS environment, particularly in eCommerce.
- Technical aptitude, with the ability to explain integrations and APIs to customers.
- Experience with complex workflows and technology stacks.
- Comfort using data management tools like Salesforce and Looker.
- Strong judgment and empathy in customer interactions.
- Collaboration skills across Sales, Product, Technical Support, and Installations.
- A growth mindset and receptiveness to feedback in a dynamic environment.

Location
This is a hybrid role based in the Toronto office, requiring 3 days a week in-office attendance.
