Overview

The Customer Support and Logistics Specialist is crucial for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing excellent service for clients globally. This role involves handling customer communications, liaising with suppliers, and supporting the order fulfillment cycle from start to finish in a growing B2B company in the product distribution space.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of customer emails, including inquiries and requests for quotes.
• Draft and issue quotations, proforma invoices, sales orders, purchase orders, and order confirmations.
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain pricing and ensure timely, accurate replies.
• Follow established workflows to keep order fulfillment on track.
• Stay in close contact with the warehouse regarding bookings, deliveries, and shipping logistics.
• Provide professional service within a B2B setting.
• Maintain weekly spreadsheets and operational records.
• Manage logistics tasks connecting directly to customer requests and delivery.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in administrative, operational, or logistics support roles in a commercial business.
• Proven experience in handling B2B customer service processes.
• Experience in logistics coordination or shipping processes.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and customer support/ticketing tools.
• Strong commercial instincts and skills in managing high-volume email correspondence.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred.
