    Key Responsibilities

    • Partner on analytics initiatives to enhance the effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of hiring.
    • Create clarity from ambiguity, structuring complex data narratives to drive actionable conclusions.
    • Monitor and analyze core Talent Acquisition metrics to identify performance trends.
    • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business questions into analyses and insights.
    • Conduct independent investigations and data forensics to answer complex business questions.
    • Uphold high standards for data quality, validating data and standardizing definitions and calculations.
    • Apply product management principles to treat employee experience as a product and drive execution.

    Requirements

    • BA/BS in an analytical or quantitative field such as Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or Engineering.
    • 3+ years of experience in an HR-focused, stakeholder-facing Data Analytics role, with at least 1 year in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition insights.
    • Fluency in SQL and advanced Excel; experience with R or Python is preferred.
    • Strong storytelling skills with data and ability to select appropriate analytical approaches.
    • Proven experience driving analytics projects end to end.
    • Experience leveraging AI tools in the flow of work.
    • Ability to think creatively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
    • Experience conceptualizing employee experience as a product using product management principles.

    Benefits

    Compensation for the role in the US varies by zone:

    • US Zone 2: $123,900 — $167,700 USD
    • US Zone 3: $110,200 — $149,000 USD
