Videre is seeking an experienced Database Manager to lead the management and development of its secure information systems, supporting the organization's mission of documenting and exposing human rights abuses through technology-driven investigative methods.

- Managing secure investigative data platforms

- Supporting evidence verification workflows
- Leading responsible integration of AI tools in investigations

Requirements
- Experience managing secure database systems in high-risk environments
- Expertise working with large multimedia datasets
- Strong knowledge of relational database design and data modelling
- Experience supporting verification and metadata workflows
- Knowledge of digital security practices, including encryption and access controls
- Experience training non-technical users to operate complex systems
Benefits
- Salary equivalent to £65,000 UK salary, adjusted based on location
- 20 days of travel per year
