Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement release schedules to meet business needs.
• Manage the release pipeline, coordinating activities across development, QA, operations, and support teams.
• Oversee the full release lifecycle from planning to post-release support.
• Work with product management and stakeholders to prioritize release content based on business objectives.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks in the release process, developing mitigation strategies.
• Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders during the release process.
• Analyze release effectiveness and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Ensure documentation and management of changes to production systems according to best practices.
• Optimize the release management toolkit to support an efficient release pipeline.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related work experience.
• Proven ability to inspire cross-functional teams in complex environments.
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), particularly in CI/CD and release management.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
