Deployment Lead - Accounting Solutions @Rillet

Overview

The role involves leading the onboarding of new customers onto Rillet's AI-native ERP platform designed for accounting and finance teams. This is a remote position available for candidates based in the United States, with a hybrid work schedule for those near the New York City or San Francisco offices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead key parts of customer onboarding and deployment, ensuring a smooth implementation experience.
• Partner with internal teams across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to execute implementation plans.
• Analyze client accounting workflows and translate needs into clear requirements and practical solutions.
• Guide customers through onboarding, training, and change management.
• Support data migration, reconciliations, and systems setup.
• Track milestones and maintain alignment with stakeholders throughout the onboarding process.
• Identify risks early and escalate issues as needed.
• Build trust with customers through responsiveness and solutions-oriented support.
• Maintain clear documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in accounting, audit, or advisory roles.
• Strong accounting foundation, able to discuss reconciliations and revenue recognition.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with customers and senior stakeholders.
• Systems-minded and willing to learn implementation processes.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally with various teams.
• Previous experience in Big 4, SaaS, or technology companies is a plus.
