Overview

Rillet is seeking a Deployment Lead to facilitate the onboarding of new customers onto its AI-native ERP system, designed for modern finance teams. The role is ideal for individuals with a solid accounting background, eager to enhance finance operations through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead key parts of customer onboarding and deployment, ensuring a smooth implementation experience.
• Partner with internal teams across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to execute implementation plans.
• Analyze client accounting and finance workflows, translating needs into clear requirements.
• Guide customers through onboarding, training, change management, and adoption.
• Support data migration, reconciliations, systems setup, and integration coordination.
• Track milestones and maintain alignment among internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and escalate risks early to keep customer launches on track.
• Build trust with customers by being responsive and solutions-oriented.
• Maintain documentation and provide regular status updates.

Requirements

• Experience in accounting, audit, advisory, finance transformation, or a related customer-facing role.
• Strong accounting foundation with knowledge of financial close, reconciliations, and revenue recognition.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage directly with customers and senior stakeholders.
• Systems-minded with a willingness to learn about implementation processes.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience at a Big Four firm, SaaS company, or high-growth tech company is a plus.
