Deployment Lead - ERP Solutions @Rillet

Overview

Rillet is seeking an experienced Deployment Lead to guide complex customer implementations within their AI-native ERP solutions tailored for finance teams. The role involves helping finance teams transition smoothly onto the Rillet platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead key parts of customer onboarding and deployment, ensuring a smooth implementation experience.
• Partner with internal teams across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to execute implementation plans.
• Analyze client accounting and finance workflows to develop practical solutions.
• Guide customers through onboarding, training, and change management processes.
• Support data migration, reconciliations, systems setup, and integration coordination.
• Track milestones and align stakeholders throughout the onboarding process.
• Identify risks early and help keep customer launches on track.
• Build trust with customers through responsiveness and thoughtful solutions.
• Maintain documentation and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4–7 years in ERP implementation, systems consulting, or finance transformation.
• Background in SaaS or high-growth technology companies preferred.
• Hands-on ERP experience (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Workday) including configuration and go-live.
• Strong understanding of core accounting workflows and their systems integration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong project management abilities; capable of managing multiple workstreams.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with keen attention to detail.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
