Overview

350.org is seeking a Deputy Director to lead its global network strategy, managing a distributed team responsible for building effective local groups, volunteers, and partners across regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop regional network teams with clear expectations and accountability
• Design and implement strategies for local groups, volunteers, and partners
• Strengthen cross-regional collaboration and share insights globally
• Oversee data-informed decision-making and technology use
• Build strategic partnerships to increase political impact and resource mobilization
• Represent 350.org publicly, raising its profile through media and strategic communications

Requirements

• 8-10+ years in campaigning, movement-building, or organizing
• Proven experience managing diverse, remote teams across multiple countries
• Strong background in grassroots networks, especially in the Global South
• Knowledge of digital organizing, data management, and justice principles
• Fluency in English; additional languages preferred
