Overview

1Password is seeking a Digital Customer Success Campaign Manager to design, launch, and enhance digital customer journeys at scale. This remote position is available for candidates in the United States or Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and continuously improve digital customer journeys across onboarding, activation, adoption, expansion, and renewal.
• Develop targeted campaigns that assist customers in transitioning from trial to meaningful product adoption.
• Draft, edit, and optimize customer-facing email campaigns, linking them with educational resources and digital experiences.
• Monitor campaign performance through metrics including engagement, activation, product usage, retention, and expansion.
• Collaborate with various teams such as Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Data, Operations, and Content to ensure program alignment with the customer journey.
• Utilize tools like Gainsight, Salesforce, and marketing automation platforms to enhance campaign quality and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience in Digital Customer Success, Customer Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, or related fields within a SaaS environment.
• Ability to write clear, engaging customer communications and adapt messaging for various audiences.
• Experience in interpreting customer and product usage data to inform campaign improvements.
• Proven ability to work effectively across multiple teams and manage changing priorities.
