    Key Responsibilities

    • Unified Media Strategy: Develop and manage Dropbox's media strategy across brand and performance, setting annual and quarterly investment theses.
    • Total Budget Ownership: Oversee the full media investment, including planning, forecasting, and reallocating budget to meet efficiency and growth targets.
    • Brand and Performance Integration: Align creative and channel strategies to ensure brand and performance investments work together.
    • Operating Model and Partnerships: Design the optimal mix of in-house capabilities and agency partnerships, managing relationships to build internal strengths.
    • AI-Enabled Media Operations: Develop and implement workflows incorporating AI capabilities into the media strategy for enhanced performance.
    • Connect Media to Revenue: Collaborate with various teams to link media signals to business outcomes.
    • Measurement Rigor: Work with Marketing Data Science on measurement methodologies and translate performance data into actionable insights.
    • Team Leadership: Lead and grow a team, defining roles and measuring performance relevant to revenue goals.

    Requirements

    • 10+ years in media, performance marketing, or digital marketing, preferably in B2B and/or B2C environments.
    • 4+ years of experience in leadership roles, including hiring and management.
    • Hands-on expertise with paid media channels, including planning and performance management.
    • Experience in integrating brand media with performance strategies.
    • Proven ability to manage significant media budgets effectively.
    • Expertise in managing agency relationships and building in-house capabilities.
    • Strong analytical skills, particularly regarding attribution and media measurement methodologies.
    • Excellent executive communication skills.

    Benefits

    Compensation for this role varies by location. In US Zone 2, salaries range from $205,800 to $278,400, and in Zone 3, from $182,900 to $247,500.
