Overview

The role involves leading the quality engineering discipline at NICE as a Director of QA. The individual will drive AI-quality initiatives and automation infrastructure, aiming to redefine modern software validation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead AI-augmented quality initiatives.
• Deploy LLM-powered test generation and analyze tool effectiveness.
• Build frameworks for validating AI/ML outputs.
• Own the full automation strategy across UI, API, and integration layers.
• Establish performance and load testing strategies.
• Lead and grow teams of engineers and architects.
• Set technical direction and OKRs for the quality engineering organization.

Requirements

• 12+ years in software engineering or QA, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in test automation architecture and performance engineering at scale.
• Experience with AI/ML systems and related quality challenges.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
• Proficient in scripting/programming languages like Python, TypeScript, or Java.
