Overview

The Director, People Business Partner - GTM at Pendo owns the people agenda for the Revenue and Marketing organization. This role involves leading a global team, partnering with GTM leadership, and driving various workforce strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate Pendo's People roadmap into a 3 to 6 month business unit plan for the GTM organization.
• Lead a team of People Partners supporting Revenue and Marketing.
• Conduct workforce planning and lead hiring initiatives.
• Build and maintain succession plans for critical roles.
• Develop strategies for talent retention and management.
• Manage performance cycles and People programs.
• Serve as an advisor to GTM leaders and managers.
• Utilize analytics tools to inform people-related decisions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of HR business partner experience, with at least 5 years in a GTM organization within a high-growth tech environment.
• Experience partnering with VP and C-level leaders on talent strategy.
• Background in scaling enterprise sales organizations and managing employee relations matters.
• 3-5 years of experience leading a team of HR professionals.
• Strong communication skills and business acumen.
• Active use of AI tools to enhance HR workflows.
