Overview

The Procurement Operations & Excellence Lead at NiCE is responsible for driving operational maturity across the global procurement and operations organization, overseeing strategy, deployment, and continuous improvement of procurement and travel processes, systems, tools, governance, and policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end procurement and corporate travel processes across all categories and regions.
• Diagnose operational gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Standardize operating procedures globally.
• Leverage AI and analytics for process optimization.
• Act as product owner for procurement and travel technologies.
• Maintain policies, guidelines, and internal controls.
• Lead cross-functional programs and manage project timelines and risks.
• Serve as central point for operational escalations and support.

Requirements

• 10+ years in procurement and/or corporate travel operations, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of procurement operations, P2P, and corporate travel operations.
• Experience with procurement systems and travel/expense platforms.
• Proficient in process design, automation, and documentation.
• Familiarity with AI applications in procurement and travel.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
