iMMAP is currently recruiting a Disaster Risk Management (DRM) Specialist for a home-based international consultancy position.
Professionals with expertise in disaster risk management, geospatial analysis, humanitarian response, and emergency preparedness have an exciting international opportunity to work remotely with iMMAP Inc., a globally recognized nonprofit organization supporting humanitarian and development operations worldwide.
The role offers a competitive monthly fee ranging from USD 6,500 to USD 7,000 and provides a unique opportunity to influence disaster preparedness, resilience, and humanitarian decision-making on a global scale.
iMMAP Inc. is an international nonprofit organization specializing in information management, geospatial analytics, and data-driven decision support for humanitarian and development actors. The organization works with governments, United Nations agencies, NGOs, and regional institutions to improve crisis response, disaster preparedness, and sustainable development outcomes.
Through innovative data solutions and geospatial technologies, iMMAP helps decision-makers access timely and actionable information that supports vulnerable communities during emergencies and recovery efforts.
The Disaster Risk Management Specialist will serve as iMMAP’s principal focal point for disaster risk management initiatives worldwide. The selected consultant will provide strategic leadership across the organization’s DRM portfolio while strengthening partnerships with governments, donors, regional institutions, and humanitarian stakeholders.
The position is fully remote and runs from 15 June 2026 to 31 December 2026, offering professionals the flexibility to contribute from anywhere while engaging with global humanitarian operations.
